*Small tasks include content updates, plugin setup, theme or stylesheet changes, embedding third-party scripts, server or DNS changes, configuring forms, troubleshooting, and general WordPress questions and assistance. **Strategy sessions last one hour and will be handled via phone or Skype. Sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance, and unused sessions do not roll over from month to month. ***Limited to smaller projects only.

Note: Custom packages with more built-in time are available based on your support needs. Packages are designed for clients whose websites we have built. For websites we maintain that we did not build, a nominal onboarding fee will be charged to familiarize ourselves with your website structure and gain access to the necessary accounts for maintenance. For websites we maintain, we cannot be held liable for any downtime, vulnerabilities, or errors. We do our best to keep software updated and website content and databases backed up to minimize the likelihood of problems. In the event a website is hacked, we can help restore a backup of your website for an additional fee. Any issues related to hosting, domain/DNS issues, or other server issues will be billed at our hourly rate if not covered by your care plan.
